Tolga Değirmenci currently serves as the District Governor of Gülşehir. He was appointed to this position by the Ministry of Interior of Turkey on October 16, 2025, and officially assumed office on October 23, 2025. Originally from İncesu, Kayseri, Değirmenci joined the 110th Term District Governor Candidacy Program in 2022. As part of his professional training, he completed his initial internship in Siverek, followed by a district governorship assistantship internship in Narlıdere.
